Grants to Tennessee community organizations and health systems to advance education about cervical and breast cancer in high-risk areas throughout the state. Funding is intended to improve health equity through evidence-based outreach to disproportionately burdened communities or populations identified as high-risk.
Examples of evidence-based outreach activities include small group, large group or one-on-one education, targeted media, or engagement through referring patients to appropriate care or hosting mobile mammography units.
